Patrick is a distinguished expert in subtle energy, blending ancient wisdom with modern science. A third-generation practitioner, he was trained in spiritual healing and mediumship at his parents' centre in rural Scotland. He is a past president of the British Society of Dowsers and holds a medical degree from Edinburgh University. Patrick offers guidance, teaching, consulting, and mentoring in subtle energy, working passionately with people, places, and projects to infuse grace into systems of all sizes. His commitment to sharing his knowledge aims to transform and harmonise every aspect of life.

Kim and her husband Bryan run a diverse rural business in Wellington, NSW, focusing on mixed grazing and heritage poultry. A certified clinical practitioner in the Dawson Program and Reiki, Kim integrates various subtle energy modalities in her work. Mentored by Dr. Patrick MacManaway, she specialises in landscape subtle energy, offering consultations for personal and environmental health. Kim also provides remote energy work and coaching, addressing imbalances, improving water, and enhancing fertility.

Garry McDouall

DIRECTOR & CHAIRGarry and his wife Linda began their subtle energy journey more than 20 years ago with the Dawson Program. Inspired by the profound changes they experienced, they became certified practitioners under Peter and Anne Downie of Tasmania. In 2010, Garry met Dr Patrick MacManaway at an RCS conference, opening new avenues for his subtle energy practice. He spent three years travelling with Patrick, visiting farms and businesses across Australia, and is now a certified practitioner under the Quantum Leap program.

Debbie achieved practitioner status in the Dawson Program under the dedicated teachings of Peter and Anne Downie, Tasmania. Under Patrick MacManaway's mentorship, Debbie extended her practice to include landscapes and human health. As a soul-being who is dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and environmental harmony in her community, she lives this intentionally on her path with wise grace.

With more than 15 years as a registered nurse, midwife and lecturer, she shifted to an integrative energy approach becoming a practitioner of The Lifeline Technique in 2012. Mentored by Dr Patrick MacManaway, Gem combines Subtle Energy Practices with farming. Based south of Orange, NSW, she and her husband Stu, run Chesney Pastoral, a vibrant grass-fed beef and lamb operation.

Rod O'Connell
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Rod grew up on a sheep and cattle property in central western Queensland and studied in Townsville. He worked as a chartered accountant in Brisbane for 42 years, running his own practice from 1978 to 2015. Since then, he has lived on a small farm in the Scenic Rim, applying regenerative agriculture and subtle energy practices. Passionate about alternative health, Rod believes in the wider use of subtle energy healing, especially for clearing negative energies from recent social and economic disruptions.
