Your completed registration and payment acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Money-back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the training at the end of this course, Quantum Leap Subtle Energy Limited (QLSE) will refund the registration money paid.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your place at the course.

Cancellation

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome to attend in your place.

Transfers or cancellations within three (3) weeks of the course commencement date incur a fee of 50% of the course cost per person.

Regrettably, no refund will be made for a no-show to the course, or cancellation on or after the course start date.

Early Bird pricing is applicable for full payment received by the date specified on the registration form.

Course Materials

As an Attendee, you agree not to reproduce or circulate any part of the materials provided before or during the course, without prior written approval of QLSE.

Privacy Statement

QLSE confirms information collected will remain confidential between QLSE and you as Attendee, subject to any legal obligation imposed upon QLSE to disclose information collected. Information supplied to QLSE will be used for registration processing and the distribution of newsletters and information regarding future events, unless you instruct us otherwise.

As an Attendee, you agree that QLSE will not be liable for any statements, representations or information (written or oral) provided or delivered by QLSE or its representatives. In so far as the law permits, you as Attendee agree to indemnify and release QLSE and its representatives from any and all claims, actions or demands which may be brought by a third party for damages suffered directly or indirectly as a result of your participation or the communications provided by QLSE or its representatives.
